The Students’ Conference “Mathematics and Natural Sciences: Theory and Application” hosted by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Kaunas University of Technology and the students’ union FUMSA, welcomes students specializing in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology to showcase their scientific research or final thesis. This event is tailored for students from universities, colleges, and abroad who are eager to share their expertise, passions, or explore fresh ideas. Join us for an enriching experience of learning, collaboration, and discovery.

About the Conference

Since 1996, we’ve been hosting the “Mathematics and Natural Sciences: Theory and Application” conference. It all started with Professor A. Aksomaitis’s idea, and thanks to the hard work of our faculty members and students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Kaunas University of Technology, it became a reality.

We couldn’t have done it without the support of partners such as The Association of Lithuanian Mathematicians, Student’s organization FUMSA, and the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. Together, we organize this event every year to get students excited about Math and Natural Sciences, encourage collaboration between students from different universities and countries, and spark discussions about important topics in Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and more.

Come join us at the “Mathematics and Natural Sciences: Theory and Application” conference, where we come together to share ideas and explore the world of science and mathematics.
